No AC. Bedroom fan didn't work. Toilet location too small of an area to comfortably sit on.

Location is terrific. Very peaceful and in a nice neighborhood. Definitely gives you the rustic experience.
It just needs a little more cleaning maybe a couple of small fixes. The extended shower definitely competes with the toilet for space. Making it work for a tall person was a little challenging. Cell coverage was hit or miss so plan around that.

We liked the size, the amenities and the fact that it felt kind of remote without being too far from places to see and visit.
The only complaint was that you had to scoot in sideways in order to sit on the toilet.
