The Warm & Cozy Retreat was exactly true to form. Clean, Warm and very Cozy. The pups love the huge fenced yard too.

Good location. Home was decorated with Christmas theme still which makes it feel like home. Instructions and other requests for check out were very reasonable.

We've stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but this is the first stay with the new owners. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately how clean the home was. The new owners obviously care about cleanliness and employ a great cleaner. I appreciated the small touches that were added, such as the dog dishes under the sink, the doggy cookie jar on the counter with treats and the dog bed in the living room. Also, the kitchen towels folded into a bow and the Christmas trees lit and ready for use were a thoughtful addition. This home is in a great location, within walking distance to Woodland lake. This, as well as the huge fenced yard, bring us back to this rental every time we are in Pinetop.
