The apartment was spotlessly clean with a good supply of towels, crockery and cutlery. One double bed, one single bed. A large kitchen/sitting area. Good sized bathroom. Wifi worked well. It was genuinely 500 yards from Playa de Arinaga which is a lovely area and close to amenities such as supermarkets and local bars
It is one of 6 apartments in a block of 6, not a villa as described. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as one floor up, and set of stairs to seating area with TV. The terrace has very high walls and is best suited to smokers. Arinaga is mostly frequented by native Canarians, so you really need a car to travel to any tourist sites and a knowledge of Spanish is defintely helpful.

Well equipped kitchen, nearly has everything you need daily life , the apartment presents as the photos shown
No air conditioner. Winter time I has no problem, Not sure summer time. Shower hot water was little bit weak during our stay. Master bedroom double bed is a bit small.

Couch miserabel da ist man versunken, Ausstattung total veraltete und Küche unzureichend ausgestattet, im Bad wackeln alle Halterungen, Fernseher ohne Erklärung wenigstens in Englisch nicht nutzbar
