Very clean, friendly staff and location.
Bed not completely comfortable, we could notice the metal springs a bit. Shower is great and clean but has some water overflow onto floor.

Good location, easy to find parking around. Quick check in, friendly staff, room was clean and decent size.
The door of the balcony was broken and we could not use it. The shower could use some maintenance as the water was leaking out no matter what we did. The mattress is really hard. Other people staying were quite loud on one of the nights we stayed but this is on people not hotel.

Great value and reasonably comfortable budget property very close to the train station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Grocery store and cafes very nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I was overnighting in Ourense.
A bit far from the center of town. Rooms were a bit noisy on occasion. Maintenance in the bathroom could be a bit better.

“It seems to me this is something consistent with Alda hotels — stuffy rooms, opening the window doesn’t help since the area faces other buildings, and of course, the air conditioning doesn’t work. After all, it’s only the 21st century…”
