Fantastic location to places I wanted to walk to. Cleanliness!! Wow - one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in around the world. Staff - fantastic and friendly staff always ready to assist.
Balcony could use a couple of chairs.

Amazing area, close to everything, shops market eatery everything in the area is reachable by walking and very safe, the Frontdesk Lady was all in 1 category, friendly and ready to help in all situation
Everything was Very Good, but only 1 issue touched me was the shower door in my bathroom was an little thigh to enter the shower

The location is very close to the downtown of Rionegro, very convenient.
Room has TV but nothing really to watch. Terrible options. The day before the trip I made a call from out of the country and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Terrible service. I would never use this hotel again. I did not cancel at that moment because I had already processed payment and would not be reimbursed. They need to have people with a better customer service focus.
