I liked the location of the resort. The staff was amazing, Gideon, Ruth and Felix were super helpful. The food was very tasty too. The water took quite a bit of time to get hot, but when I called the reception, Felix sorted it out immediately. I will definitely be back.
Not something that I didn't particularly like but maybe someday, the resort can consider investing in say a gym, pool etc?

Excellent location and a good facility that could do with a little bit of publicity and marketing, the hotel looks neglected and would require just minimal sprucing up and publicity. The road is potholed but these are minor repairs that a manager can handle with the maintenance staff.
The toilet seats fixed like on a pedestal and done poorly ,drainage in the washrooms look terrible spoiling the good carpets in the rooms .At breakfast there seems to be only one person taking the orders making the service very slow. The food is however well done and the chef seems to know what to do.
