Wonderful. Great studio in a lovely setting and the host was really helpful.

The studio was really lovely and perfect for our needs. Although the host wasn’t available to meet us in person, he was really quick to answer questions and to ensure we knew the key points. He also messaged us after our visit had ended to check we were OK either way our travel back home.

I loved that there was a loft which contained the bedroom, also really enjoyed the private parking spot. Quiet town and easy to reach the circuit of Spa-Franchorchamps!

Lovely apartment near Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

This property is close to the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps and allows you to have your own space with a kitchen. The property also comes with strong free wifi and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in a building with a few other apartments. Due to the entry/common hallways being tiled, the noise from the neighbours can be quite loud at times. Also caution for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage, there is a set of stairs to the apartment and another set of stairs within the apartment to get to the bedroom.

Wonderful place to stay for two!

The view was superb! Please look out of the window at night! Everything is quite close by and the appartment, while not that large, had all the basics. In the kitchen, there was coffee, salt, tea, etc. And the was an extensive list of nearby shops, restaurants and sightseeing ideas. The owner was also very available for questions and requests.

The only minus points I can pinpoint are some leftover damage from previous guests that wasn't yet repaired and the need to do the dishes manually. But both those things are no big deal at all.

Superb

Very nice appartement for a small family stay for few days. Had everything for a short stay . Beautiful view at the background. The host was fantastic. Very friendly and he even had send us info about indoor activities as it was bad weather.

They didn’t had a dishwasher . I was not much happy washing the dishes every evening 🤪.

Not really negative, but the seat that converts into a bed was just big enough for our 8 and 5 year old. If the kids were older/bigger it would have been too small.

Very good

Great location and great host. Very clean and cozy appartament with all the necessary equipment. Nice parking and the host even gave me the key to his garage where we could store our bikes. The bedroom is very nice.

It is perfect for 2/3 people. We were in 4 and the sofa bed is very small (Max 1 person and not 2) and not comfortable (very hard).

A lovely break from the city, in an excellent location for relaxation and nature walks.

Laurent was very helpful in arranging pick up and drop off of the keys. He was able to advise on walking options and was very open to future suggestions about cycling options which we were interested in as well. The little house was very well arranged, beautifully clean, with great facilities. The real jewel in the crown is the location - we walked straight from the house into the country side in one direction and into the lovely village in the other direction. There is a very informative museum in the town and a number of nice options for lunch and dinners (take away of course). We hope to return.

Top weekendje

Hele nette studio. Alles is er aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Heel rustigge ligging. Effe buiten t centrum maar toch dichtbij. Er werd me ook aangeboden om de moto in de garage te zetten, dat is natuurlijk fantastisch als je dat kan doen.Indien ik nog een evenement in de buurt heb keer ik er zeker terug.

Een goede slaapplaats in Stavelot!

Een uitzonderlijk goede douchekraan! En verder, de rustige locatie met een mooi uitzicht door het keukenraam. Het bed was heel goed en voor mij was dat het voornaamste, want ik verbleef er enkel om te slapen en vlug te ontbijten. De keuken is goed uitgerust en alles is proper!

Het appartement is eerder klein maar dat vond ik als soloreiziger niet erg.

Het appartement is perfect voor 2 personen en zou dan een 10/10 krijgen. Voor 4 personen is het appartement ook geschikt echter is het zetelbed minder comfortabel waarvoor ik het appartement voor 4 personen een 8/10 zou geven.

Rustig gelegen

Verwarming. Ruimtes badkamer, keuken en vooral de living, werden niet warmer dan 19 graden en dit na 2 dagen met de verwarming op max. Enkel in de slaapkamer werd het warm genoeg.
