Great location for visiting the Ardennes.

The location outside Trois Ponts was ideal and is nice and close to the town and the shops. Check in was no problem at all and the property was full of every facility I could possibly ask for.

Perfect apartment, could not fault it.

Wonderful clean apartment, perfect for our long weekend at Spa 24hr. The owner could not have been more kind and helpful and accommodated our arrival needs. He was on hand for any queries. Thank you for a great holiday.

Very good

The owner was very Nice! He idd everything he could to make or comfortable for is. Unfortunately we he to leave early due to circumstances but he was very understandable. The kitchen was provided with everything you need. The bedroom was very spacious.

Superb

Very friendly reception. Property was very well equipped, we had no problems cooking our own meals. Comfortable bed, roomy accomodation, very pleasant overall atmosphere.

The stairs are a little steep and the shower is a little soft, but these are just niggles on what was entirely a lovely stay.

A very pleasant property in an excellent location

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the owner very attentive and helpful. Cable TV was tuned in to the BBC. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for cooking.

We didn't manage to connect our phones to the Wi Fi. As the property is on the roadside, there was some noise from traffic. It is a tight spiral staircase up to the apartment which was fine for us but it might be tricky for some.

Un beau séjour qui m'incitera certainement à y retourner

C'est un logement bien aménagé et spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours. En quelques dizaines de mètres, on est dans la nature. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles (distance 2 km ce qui permet même de le faire à pieds par un joli chemin champêtre ou avec la voiture sur la nationale). Le propriétaire est disponible et d'une gentillesse qu'on rencontre partout dans la région. Pour ceux qui veulent, il y a le parc d'attraction de Plopsa Coo ni trop près ni trop loin ce qui permettra d'éviter aux parents de ne pouvoir faire autrement que d'y aller tous les jours plutôt que d'explorer une région pleine de richesses

Le logement est le long de la nationale où les gens roulent comme des tarés. Heureusement, le double-vitrage permet de ne pas être gêné. Un radar tronçon serait un bon investissement... Spa-Francorchamps n'est pas loin. Ceci explique cela, je suppose...

goed verblijf voor 2 personen...

Alle faciliteiten in de keuken aanwezig....bedden mooie opgemaakt, handdoeken aanwezig. Koffie, thee...Zeer netjes, Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders ter plaatse. Bij goed weer kan je beneden buiten zitten. Wandelen kan je vanuit het verblijf aanvatten. Gelegen aan een drukke baan, maar eigenlijk heb je hier weinig last van...

Une pépite qu'il ne faut absolument pas rater

Absolument tout, l'appartement était magnifique, avec tous les équipements que peuvent rechercher des personnes voulant faire un peu de cuisine, d'une propreté sans failles; Appartement divisé distinctement par une partie jour : salon, salle à manger (cuisine) et une partie nuit (grande chambre et très belle salle de bains - toilettes) Sobre et cosy, décoré avec charme et élégance, nous y avons passé cinq merveilleuses nuits, même si situé en bord de route, cela n'a absolument pas été gênant. Nos hôtes étaient des personnes adorables, toujours prêtes à nous rendre service, pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Nous conseillons vivement à la fois cet appartement et son emplacement, surtout pour les adeptes de randonnées car de merveilleuses balades sont à faire dans le secteur qui est tout simplement riche en diversité et surprenant pas sa très grande beauté. Merci infiniment à nos hôtes pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité.

Heerlijke ruime accommodatie met alles wat het verblijf aangenaam maakt, inclusief terras. Mooie omgeving en super gastvrije en hartelijke ontvangst.

Iets minder prettig is de drukke weg, maar binnen hoor je daar niets van.

Bel appartement

Je n'ai que des mots positifs à propos de notre expérience dans l'appartement. Il était entièrement équipé, tout fonctionnait parfaitement, la climatisation marchait très bien et la propreté était irréprochable. Les photos reflètent fidèlement ce que nous avons trouvé et, comme je l'avais lu dans les commentaires, le propriétaire a été très attentionné et agréable avec nous. Il nous a accueillis avec une tasse de thé et a mis à notre disposition un excellent café. Je ne m'y attendais pas. De plus, nous ne sommes pas venus en voiture jusqu'à l'endroit, et il s'est soucié de nous en nous emmenant en voiture jusqu'à la gare. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

QUE DU BIEN A DIRE DU LOGEMENT ET DE SON TRES ACCUEILLANT ET AIMABLE PROPRIETAIRE !!!! Par contre, le service combiné BELVILLA-BOOKING ne fonctionne pas !!! La confirmation de réservation n'indique nulle part: - le nom de l'hébergement (en réalité: LE REFUGE DU POETE ...! - ni son adresse comlplète: aucun nom de rue ni de n° de maison - aucun n° de téléphone du propréiataire Du jamais vu. Avons contacté par trois fois ... BELVILLA à Amsterdam !!! Gelukkig spreeik NL ... 1e fois: c'est le we, y a personne ! 2e fois: notre système informatique est en panne. 3e fois: enfin une dame ... qui ne peut nos donner réponesses ... mais nous met en attente pour ... téléphoner au propriétaire ... qui ne répond pas, "dit-elle" ! UNe fortune en frais téléphoniques pour ...rien Un oeu - par hasard - nous trouvons notre logement après de longues recherches dans Trois-Ponts. Le propriétaire a toujours son gsm en poche (normal dans son métier !) n'a reçu aucun coup de fil !!!! A BOOKING - dont nous sommes généralement satisfaits - de revoir son fonctionnement avec BELVILLA pour envoyer à ses cleinets des renseignements prcis et non plus des intitulés comme " comfortable appartment with terrace ..." mais un nom "de marque" du logement ! Comme cité plus haut et avec adresse complète ! Merci de nous éviter - ainsi qu'à d'autres - pareilles déagréments, en semaine et SURTOUT LE WEEKEND" en plus de gros frais téléphoniques stériles ! Parfait !

L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire était top. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. Le bâtiment est facile d'accès et il n'y a aucun problème pour se garer. Je recommande chaudement. De plus, c'est à proximité de centre-ville.
