About this house rental
New T3 apartment of 50m ² with sea view and located at Pointe des Châteaux (protected site, between 2 seas) 500m from the beach of "Anse à la Gourde".
The setting of the residence is peaceful and allows to relax in the grounds of the flower garden.
If you warn in advance possibility to change the arrival / departure times depending on bookings.
Please tell us if you have a baby so we can prepare a suitable bed and the necessary bath / diaper.
Creoles tables of hosts possible on request.
Housing
The apartment is located at the bottom of villa less than 10 minutes walk from the beach.
You will be able to relax after your various visits of the island or your tanning sessions at the beach, on the terrace offering a splendid and flowered view on the garden and the sea.
You will have at your disposal all the usual equipments.
Do not hesitate to inquire in advance about the tables of hosts that we can propose to you to discover our culinary art Creole.
Access of travelers
You will have access to the entire apartment, the terrace of the apartment and the back garden.
Exchanges with travelers
We will remain available by phone, via the courier of the site Abritel C. A Mobile or email ... if necessary to inquire about the daily life of your stay in the apartment, shops and transport nearby, or on other subjects.
Other remarks
Depending on our availability and the season, we can offer tables d'hôtes to help you discover the culinary art of Creole.
The West Indian cuisine is very colorful and rich in spices that will sparkle your taste buds without necessarily you burn them with our various peppers.
You can taste dishes as they are traditionally prepared at home such as the famous Colombo, Grilled Lobster, Fricassee of Ouassous or Lambi, Blaff or the Court-broth of fish ...
Do not hesitate to inquire with us about menus and rates.
It is however preferable to anticipate your request so that we find the products and our kitchen requires a preparation time.

We stayed for 1week and enjoyed the pool, terrasse, very nice garden with beautiful sea view. The hot outdoor shower is a big extra as well as the owner’s water tank to bridge regular outiches on Guadeloupe.
The owners live upstairs and are very friendly and helpful.
However, the price/value is not very good. The place is somewhat aged and would need refurbishing. Fridge produces lots of water inside and is heating like crazy. TV is old style with only 8 french channels. The photos on VRBO are old and do not preciously show the place as it is. Also be aware that master bedroom has no outside window and we needed A/C to sleep which we don‘t like. From 5 objects rented on 3 islands this was the most expensive but not the most modern/luxurious one.

Nous avons passés 7 jours absolument magnifique sur Grande-Terre.
Des propriétaires discrets et agréables.
Une belle location propre, bien située avec une vue sur la mer des caraïbes.
Nous y avons passé des beaux petits déjeuners et apéros en regardant les colibris et autres oiseaux autour de nous.
Quel dur retour après cela.

Accueil agreable par un charmant couple soucieux de notre bien-être, cardre chaleureux et charmant, maison confortable et très bien équipé, jolie plage et restaurant à proximité. Nous avons passé un sejour fort agréable.
Merci à Jean et à son épouse pour leurs discrétion.
