Sardinia-Ogliastra-Marina di Tertenia beautiful newly built villa with sea view with attention to detail.
The villa is located inside a residence of about 40 villas with private garden 300 meters from the beach.
It consists of a large veranda, kitchen with living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three beds and bathroom.

- mosquito nets, air conditioning, crockery, TV, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, high chair for babies, cot and much more.
The beach is of fine white sand with crystal clear water and shallow water ideal for children and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Inside the residence there is a butchery with rotisserie and groceries. The other services can be reached within a few minutes by car.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem schönen Haus verbracht (in echt hat uns das Haus noch besser als auf den Bildern gefallen). Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich auf Whats App und auf italienisch. Dank Übersetzungsprogramm hat dies recht gut geklappt.
Auch der Strand ist schön und flach und somit sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Leider kommt man aber zunächst vom Haus an einen Steinstrand und muss bis zum Sandstrand noch ein Stück am Strand entlang laufen.
Wir waren in der Nachsaison im Haus und es war sehr ruhig in der Siedlung. Vorteil: Jede Menge Platz am Strand. Nachteil: Einige Restaurants und auch der Minimarkt waren bereits geschlossen bzw. haben Anfang Oktober geschlossen.
