About this cottage rental

A beautiful cottage with panoramic views overlooking 3 miles of Blue Flag Inch Beach. Inch was the location for the films Ryan's Daughter and Playboy of the Western World. This is an ideal location for touring both Killarney and the National Park and Dingle Peninsula. The cottage is just minutes walk from the beach with shop, café, restaurant and bar. Surfing lessons during the season. This is a unique family run holiday destination.
New for 2022 power showers and fiber optic wi fi. Also for 2022 we will be installing air to water systems this will be helping to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce the c02 being released into the atmosphere helping climate change.

The property has a fantastic location overlooking Inch beach. It is well maintained and clean, with everything that we needed for a family holiday, eating in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A short drive into Dingle for the shops or a wee ice cream. The host was very welcoming. No complaints from us and would stay again. Thanks for a great holiday.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. There's always a bit of mystery involved with booking a rental, but this property exceeded our expectations. The views of the sea, the proximity to the beach, the space--all were even better than I had hoped. What a perfect way to finish our our tour of Ireland! Inch Beach and nearby Dingle are must-visits for anyone coming to the West Coast. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We can't wait to come back!

Such a beautiful location, the views across the beach are stunning. Cottage is superb, really comfortable, clean and equipped with all you could need. We lucked out with fabulous weather, a great base to adventure around the Peninsula and beyond. Would love to visit again and recommend highly.

It’s hard to describe the beauty of this setting in the hill above Inch Beach. But in one word, beautiful! The finishings in the little cottage were first class..beautifully clean lines..almost starkly simple but everything you could possibly need or want. Of all the places we’ve been now in the area of the world..these cottages are where we would return again and again….

This was one of the best holiday homes I've stayed in! Amazing views, plenty of space in the house and with outdoors space for parking as well the property cleanliness was 5 stars! Location wise, this property is also excellent: 20 mins from Dingle. Communication and arrangements with owner were smooth and pleasant throughout. Will definitely come back!

The hosts are wonderful, kind, friendly, welcoming, went beyond helping us change a tire and invite us for the best Irish Fry I've ever had in Ireland. Iris and her family provide a lovely atmosphere with their up to date cottate designs. Very modern with the old world feel. The views are oustanding. We loved our stay so much and will be back again. We loved our stay high above Inch Beach. The view was amazing, easily the best view of any accommodation we had during our 2 week trip across Ireland. The only thing that went wrong was our check in instructions said to check in at Sammy's restaurant on the beach, however when going to Sammy's we were told the owners had changed and I had to call a phone number to check in. I ended up calling, and was told to check in at the Inch Beach B&B up the hill. Easy enough. Very lovely cottage and a wonderful stay.

My family booked this property for a birthday trip we took for my Dad's 70th. This cottage was perfect! It overlooks Inch Beach, the sea, and is a short drive to Dingle and other nearby destinations. We arrived after 10pm after a long drive and Mammoud and Iris welcomed us, met us with keys and helped us access the cottage. They have a sweet B&B on the property where you can have meals, relax and play card games or work out a puzzle. And we highly recommend eating at Sammy's! It's the restaurant at the foot of Inch Beach. The staff are amazing, the food surpassed all of our expectations and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Would stay here again and eat at Sammy's again! Thanks for great memories!

This place was almost perfect. The only problem was a bad Wi-Fi internet connection. However, just a short walk away at "Sammys", there was an excellent wi-fi connection. Overall this was a very nice accommodation. Thank you.

my mom, sister, cousin, and I stayed here for a week. it was absolutely amazing, the cottage was well equipped, comfortable, and truly felt like home. Iris was amazing, kind, and helpful. great place to stay to tour all of the south. Sammy's restaurant was delicious we ended every day there for a cold pint of Guinness and dinner. would absolutely recommend this home.

Our cottage was lovely. Iris met us upon arrival. Explained the house details. The house and hostess were wonderful. We enjoyed the bread and wine gifted to us.Mark was a great help with getting the internet to work. The weather was great, (a bonus)the view is wonderful our stay was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We ate at Sammy's the first night. The food and drink were delicious.

My extended family and I were blown away by the beautiful views, comfort, and fantastic location of this and the adjacent holiday home we rented from the Hussain Family for one glorious week last month. The views looking out over Inch Beach, down the Dingle and across to the Iveraugh Peninsula were spectacular--the unusually sunny and clear weather was key of course! Though not as updated as the other home we rented, this home shared a great layout that was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Sammy's Restaurant + Store was just down the lane, and the location served as a terrific "base camp" for exploring all of Kerry. It was a magical trip that included walking in our grandmother Norah's footsteps. She left this paradise in 1916. It was very special to be where she was and see what she saw. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property was clean, private and had wonderful views of the water. She also runs the restaurant at the beach where we enjoyed a good breakfast before heading into Dingle. The three bedroom unit held our three couples very comfortably and had all the convenances we needed. The beach is in walking distance and doesn't get crowded.

Our family of four spent our Christmas holiday at this lovely cottage. Iris is a wonderful host, promptly responding to our questions and providing such a warm welcome upon our arrival with lights on (gets very dark early in December), a fire in the hearth and even a Christmas tree! The cottage is well-appointed, roomy, clean and very comfortable. We knew the local establishments would be closed for the holiday and the kitchen was perfectly suited for our 'home cooked' Christmas dinner. The view from our front windows is breathtaking with incredible sunrises AND sunsets over the mountains and reflecting off the sea. Inch strand is a perfect spot from which to explore the Dingle Peninsula. Our young adult children enjoyed all that this part of Ireland has to offer including golf, shopping, ancient ruins, exceptional landscape and of course the pubs. Dingle and surrounding areas did not disappoint offering wonderful live music and we had great meals every night. A new favorite is Anvil Bar in Castlemaine. A highlight was the Polar Plunge for charity on Christmas Day - 2 of us were brave enough to jump in. Iris and her husband opened their restaurant to serve hot drinks and snacks for the lively group of brave swimmers and their cheering supporters. We are planning to return in summertime to really enjoy the beach. We could not have asked for a better stay and we can't wait to come back!

Just as expected.

Just as expected.

First off the communication with Iris was great and timely. Secondly we stayed in cottage number 4. We followed Iris up to the cottage and she showed us around the cottage and told us everything we needed to know. She said to call if we needed anything and someone would be there promptly. We had a small issue right off the get go and called Iris. Her son was there 5 minutes later helped us figure it out and took care of the issue. The place is in a beautiful location, right at the beginning of the drive for the Dingle Peninsula, and the view is incredible. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Ireland again.
