About this house rental
The space:
Renovated four-bedroom house with heated swimming pool and big backyard.
Outdoor dining and covered entertainment area with BBQ and table tennis. The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees which is essential in winter, and receives plenty of shade from the surrounding tropical palms in summer.
Large kitchen and open plan living and dining. WiFi and Netflix available. Ceiling fans and split system air-conditioners to all rooms, and louvers provide cross flow ventilation.
Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy including an outdoor playground.
The house has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property, less cleaners cupboards.
Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk overhead and single trundle underneath.
Guests are to note that the main entrance to third bedroom is from the covered rear patio area (designed to operate as a separate bungalow if preferred). Alternatively, you can gain access from the two way shared ensuite.
The house is baby and child friendly, with the following available for use:
• Highchair
• Kids steps (to reach sink)
• Porta cot
• Change table
• Trundle bed
• Story books
Interaction with guests:
Property is self check-in and check-out.
All correspondence with the host is to be via “messages” through the website. A contact number will be provided in emergency situations only (English speaking only).
Other things to note:
Guests must advise how many people are staying so that sufficient linen can be provided. Please note, a port-a-cot is provided, however guests must bring their own age appropriate baby blankets / sleeping bags.

The communication prior to visiting was friendly and clear. We appreciated the property being private and in a handy location for all of the sightseeing we had planned. The pool was a hit with the kids and the house itself was lovely and clean; it was very well equiped and included thoughtful touches that made for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The property made the perfect home away from home for our family holiday. It is located central to everything that we wanted to see and do (a car is a must to get around), in a beautifully quiet area.
It was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. With 3 teeanagers we were well catered for with the pool, table tennis, darts and even Netflix! The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy the beautiful far North Queensland weather, a perfectly relaxing spot sitting by the pool and having breakfast and dinner every day.
Amanda was prompt, professional and very easy to communicate with.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
