Great apartments in Lukovë

Amazing sea views from the balcony, great location, affordable price, helpful staff. Despite our late arrival for check-in, the property owner was available early in the morning to organize everything for us.

Best sunset in Albania!!

Spotless apartment with incredible views!! The apartment is brand new with very clean sheets and towels. Sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. 5 min drive to the beach. Lukove is a small and quiet town with a small supermarket (shop) and a couple of restaurants. The hosts are kind and nice.

View from the balcony, quiet location suitable for families

I would add some extra storage space (shelf etc) and some lights (lamp in the bedroom etc) also some mugs in the kitchen and maybe some cushions for chairs in the balcony, since they were bit too hard to sit on, but overall we were happy with the stay and recommend it.

A quieter place to stay to explore the Riviera.

Lovely modern apartment that enables self-catering during your stay. The air-con and wifi were fantastic to have and it was great to have a balcony that we could use to dry clothes after swimming. Lukhove is much quieter than the more overdeveloped Sarande/Ksamil/Himare and we were pleased to be there - the 2 beaches are really lovely. In easy reach by car of other places along the Riviera and enough facilities in the village such as ATM, shop, pizza, cafes etc. Do visit the famous bar/restaurant with waterfalls in nearby Borsh (and climb up to the castle!), the lovely bar at the Buneci beach resort, and the amazing value Taverna Victoria at Piqeras.

It would have been nice to have hangers in the wardrobe but this is a small thing and we really enjoyed our stay.

An imaculate apartment with stunning views!

The most incredible view!! And the apartment was really spacious and clean. We cooked our own meal in the kitchen and sat out on the balcony and watched the most incredible sunset. The bathroom was great and the shower has a curtain which was a real plus for us. Having spent the past 3 weeks travelling through Albania, shower screens or curtains have been hard to come by. The host’s young son handled our check in very professionally and made us feel very welcome. We were travelling on bicycles and were able to keep them secure without worry.

We had a few ants in the kitchen/dining area but we’re able to keep them at bay with a sweep of the floor every now and then. There was also nothing to wash our dishes with so we felt a little guilty leaving them for our hosts to have to wash.

Simple yet comfortable accommodation in a strategic place

The location is just perfect for travelers with cars: you can get to the most beautiful beaches in Borsh area in 15-30 minutes. In my opinion it’s way much better than enjoying dirty beach in Vlore (with overpriced property) or looking for a place on overcrowded beaches of Ksamil. All the equipment in apartments is new, apartments were clean with fresh bed linen. The apartment is equipped with kitchen and utensils enough for a simple breakfast. The owner contacted us proactively and sent exact geo location on the arrival day. There’s a lot of place to park the car, so overall I enjoyed the stay and would come again.

Walls on the first floor are so thin - you can hear your neighbors. Also, a bit hard to find the location driving on the main road - even a little sign would be helpful.

It was our second family stay at Eduard's. The apartments and the host are a compliment to the Albanian Riviera. Sadly we had to cut our latest visit short due to unforeseen circumstances and Eduard was quite understanding.

The guest house was very new, clean, spacious and it had a nice balcony with sea view. It’s located near the main road; you will need a car to move around. It even had Wi-Fi, contrary to the description on booking. Highly recommend!

Paradise on top of the sea

Perfect place, the room has everything even a small kitchen if you like to cook something,the beds are so comfortable. But the most important things is the view from the balcony is just a heaven,peaceful place.

Perfect. The view is amazing, it is quiet. Hosts are very friendly (speak only Albanian but the son spoke a bit english so no issues with that). We recommand this hotel !
