דירה מצוידת כולל תנור, מדיח כלים ומכונת כביסה. ב דירה יש מרפסת גדולה עם נוף של הים.

בעל הדירה לא היה זמין בטלפון והתקשורת אתו הייתה בוואטס-אפ. עבר זמן ארוך עד שקיבלנו תשובה.

חסר פחים. יש רק פח אחד במטבח. היה חסר סבון ושמפו

The apartment was in general clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Balcony view is great. Furniture is in good state. The owner is responsive and nice, but obviously doesn't look into the details of the apartment. Hopefully he will take note and improve.

The description of the residence is misleading. The owner chose not to describe the exact arrangement of the apartment. It is as follows: A. A queen-bed room with a closet room and a toilet, no shower. Closet room was gathering dust. Sink next to the toilet was leaking. No mirror. Main AC. B. A queen-bed room with storage and shower, no toilet though! Why would you build a room with a shower but no toilet is beyond me... 🤷 Separate AC unit. C. A small room with a couch that turns into a large bed. No shower, no toilet. Main AC. D. A room that is built as an addition to the balcony. Thin walls so it's hot in summer time. Separate AC unit but very weak. General notes: - The main AC is weak. In fact, all AC units are weak. And we visited in March. God forbid if it was summer time... - Ceiling fans are full of dust. Main room's ceiling fan is shaking when it spins. - Grill had no gas. Owner ignored our requests to replace it. Shows lazy and irresponsible attitude as far as service goes. - Closets stored owner's personal items and clothes. What the heck?! Why?!

Excellent location! Excellent host! Perfect place for families and bringing visitors. Everything you need. View is exceptional. Grill provided. (Charcoal) Perfect place to take a rest for a few days and enjoy all Eilat has to offer. Quiet family neighborhood, not far from anything you need. Has everhhing you need +plus. Washing machine and clothes rack, iron, cleaning supplies, towels, bed sheets, 3 seperate showers, dishwasher, tables and chairs in abundance on the patio, comfortable patio furniture as well, can sleep 9 easily in the entire house. Enough supplies and room to have a celebration with sitting room to eat at a table for almost 30 people. Excellent place to stay period. Better than the expensive hotels in the hotel quarter. Look no further just book here.

Few things were quite dirty, the third bedroom with the baby crib had no electric. The gas grill is really trash to be thrown out and had no gas...but had a charcoal one ready with charcoal as well. No soap for showering or shampoo,had to buy. In the drawers and closets there are alot of personal items belonging to someone as if someone is living there, which is probably the case when not being rented. But would be nicer if those weren't there. Floor and patio furniture was very dirty and clear plastic chairs were smudged with fingerprints everywhere. So wasn't convinced the place was cleaned before arrival. Maybe very very quickly. Just a bit more effort on the cleaning and it would be just right. Dishwasher had no detergent ready. No trash bags for the trash bins. All of these should be furnished for a rental unit unless otherwise stated. Especially in regards to the electric problem in the outside bedroom and the grill beimg broken and out of gas. Outside of these small details it was really a perfect place and the host was so extremely nice and couteous making it hard to write the negative parts.
