Location was great - right by a metro station and 10mins from Duomo. Good shopping and restaurants nearby.

Looked a little tired and could do with a re-fresh in terms of decor and facilities e.g., additional plug sockets and more efficient washing machine.

Die Lage war perfekt genau gegenüber Dior, Oysho und San Babila Metro Station, ca 6-8 min entfernt vom Dom

Wir kamen am Abend sehr spät an und niemand hat uns die haupttüre geöffnet, aber konnten es regeln als wir angerufen haben, wir hatten auch Schwierigkeiten mit dem Code die Türe zu öffnen und zu schliessen

The location was great and the apartment was comfortable for one person for a few nights

The instructions on how to access the property were wrong so I couldn’t get in for ages. They had recently changed from a lock box to an electronic lock and sent me the old video and incomplete instructions.The woman I was dealing with was dismissive and unhelpful . I arrived in the dark and it was v stressful. Also there is a timed light in the corridor which makes using the keypad for the first time v tricky. And in the flat there’s no light switch near the door. She directed me to far side of the room to put a light on but didn’t tell me about the step I fell down!!! Etc etc I didn’t use the tv or the wardrobe( inaccessible ) or tiny kitchen . The bed and shower were fine
