About this apartment rental
In the heart of Milan, in San Babila a few steps from the Duomo and the Fashion & Design District.
Refined and elegant apartment, on the top floor of a stately building, with a charming terrace and a splendid view of the city from above.
An oasis of relaxation for those coming to Milan for business, shopping or tourism.
Ideal for 1 to 3 guests, for couples or small family groups.
The apartment is on the 6th and last floor, accessible by lift, and is very bright and very quiet, despite the high density of shops, showrooms, bars and restaurants.
All the rooms overlook the large terrace, have large windows and a suggestive view of the city from above. The interior blends harmoniously with the exterior, creating a unique and emotional context.
The apartment consists of:
• Large living room, with direct access to the terrace
- a large sofa for relaxation. If necessary it is a bed (140 x 190 cm)
- a table for working or dining
- a comfortable armchair for reading
• Large terrace (50 sqm) with plants and flowers
- Table for 4 people
- Small armchairs for the reax
• Night area. Access from the living room with 4 steps
- Double bed (160x200 cm) and wall paneling
• Walk-in closet to store your laundry and suitcases
• Spacious bathroom with bath-shower and window
• Kitchen, separated from living room, with a table for two people, fully equipped and equipped (microwave oven,
espresso machine, kettle, toaster)
• Laundry room, with washing machine
It is available to guests bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

This was our first trip to Italy and the Olympics. We wanted to experience everything that Milan had to offer, so staying in city center was a must! And this is where Francesca and her apartment were a perfect fit!Francesca was a pleasure to work with. She communicated regularly and promptly! She greeted us the morning we arrived and gave advice on places to visit and eat. So helpful! Her apartment was perfect for the two of us! Everything that we needed, comfy and well equipped. And it was perfectly located to the sites and sounds of the wonderful city of Milan! Restaurants, shopping, Metro, and sites were within a short walk!Francesca helped make our trip spectacular! Grazie!

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in Milan. We couldn’t have selected a more perfect location, very close to the Milan Cathedral as well as other attractions. The apartment is very safe and and secure, very spacious with a beautiful interior and very well appointed! We enjoyed dining out on the large terrace, weather permitting! The owner, as well as the property manager, Francesca, were both very responsive to any questions we may have had! Thank you Francesca for your very detailed answers to all of our questions and thank you Mia for opening up your gorgeous home for us! We would not hesitate to return!

The Kitchen was well equipped. The shower/bath area was a major disappointment, however!
