Great chalet, great location, great host!
What can I say? Chalet Des Lacs was everything we wanted and more! Location was perfect, just outside Chamonix Sud with Bakeries and a Supermarket all within walking distance, bus stop literally outside the chalet going in both directions, train station also right outside the chalet taking you to Chamonix in 6 mins. The chalet had everything you could conceivably need, kitchen was very very well stocked and all the bedrooms perfectly sized and equipped. We were a group of 7 men sleeping separately and we had all the space we needed! Glenn the host was always on hand when we needed him and met us at the property even when we arrived out of 'normal' check in time. Highly recommend this property and will stay here the next time we're in Chamonix! Book it you wont be disappointed!
