First of all we liked that it had separate beds for our children. There were sand toys that were also well appreciated by our little ones. Sheets and towels were clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool is on a 9 am to 7 pm schedule and not very busy. Beach is 2-3 minutes away and it is possible to walk alongside the coast for a few kilometers. Communication with owner is great.
Since the kids have allergies it was necessary for us to do a thorough cleaning upon arrival. There was a bunch of dust and crumbs underneath the couch pillows, beds, furniture and some unused shelves in the kitchen. The good thing is that there was a vacuum, broom and mop in the apartment.

Great solution for a family. If you work remotely, then I have good news, the Internet is excellent. Children can also spend the whole day in the yard. Closed territory a lot of greenery and a clean pool.
Poor sound insulation of pipes in the toilet. There is no room for things. One chest of drawers would solve this problem.

Nice area, comfortable apartment, very well equipped, fantastic swimming pool, very close to the beach. You've got everything you need. I highly recommend.
