Curat si confortabil, dotat cu toate facilitatile, boiler in fiecare apartament si AC in fiecare camera (o singura telecomanda pentru ambele AC :) . TV prin cablu dar nu am gasit nici un post in limba romana din cele cateva sute de canale !?!
Complexul nu detine un restaurant dar este unul la hotelul alaturat, restaurantul Sacre cu o servire de un nivel exceptional.
Usile la balcon trebuiesc schimbate deoarece inchiderea/deschiderea lor este foarte zgomotoasa. Cele dintre camere nu izoleaza fonic deloc iar cele de la intrare trebuiesc amortizate pentru ca unii turisti nu au deloc respect pentru ceilalti (inclusiv doamna care face curatenie tranteste usile).
De asemenea in camera in care am stat (7) aerul conditionat de deasupra are scurgerea pe copertina de deasupra balconului generand un zgomot foarte deranjant mai ales noaptea.

We've stayed at Niko's apartments many times, and every visit has been exceptional. The apartments are beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need to feel right at home. Niko is a truly outstanding host—always going above and beyond to ensure his guests have a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
The location is also ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and within easy walking distance to the charming old town. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning again!

Удобен апартамент за семейната ни ваканция. Много чисто, дори имаше и библиотечка с книжки. Кухничката разполага с нужното за бързо готвене. Топлата вода беше предостатъчна за всички ни. Тихо е за пълноценна почивка, а същевременно е близо до магазини и атракции. Плажът е буквално на 2 минути. Има място където да се паркира кола. Хазяите са великолепни - много дружелюбни и отзоваващи се при нужда. С удоволствие бих резервирала отново.
Нямам забележки.
