In a great locations with lots happening, which our group liked. Unit was comfortable and clean.
Would be great to have an extra key since you have to have the key inside to lock the door but that means one can’t be in the lockbox for those staying out late.

The location was good but because it was next to a bar, on Friday night the music was very loud and shook my entire bedroom for hours. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable but there were roaches, see next point.
There were horribly large roaches coming from somewhere - we had to kill 7. They were about 4-5cm long. Very disgusting. Also, the apartment was in a very dirty and strange building. The corridor where our apt was located was full of pigeon poop and in front of our front door there was a "carpet" made of pigeon poop.
