OVERALL, STRANGE PROPERTY SCENE HOW EVER BED;SHEETS AND MAIN ROOM ATMOSPHERE WERE FINE.

The bed and sheets were very nice, was the stone floor and spaceous of the one big cabin atmosphere room. The "cabins" had a single entry, designed to shield the rooms from the nearby highway noise. As a result though we had no windows.

THIS PROPERTY should not even be handled by HOTELS.COM or Texas Premier Properties. LOG CABBINS AND RESORT totally an overstatement. Property was vacant upon arrival, and it took 2 phone calls to obtain the gate and room codes. The grounds were very bare, no atmosphere, and needed attention ( debrie) ,the 4 "log cabins" were all attached with paper thin walls between. The kitchen and bathroom were TINY, and there were bugs in the coffe maker, and surrounding area, minimal kitcken ammeneties like forks/spoons/defective bowl, .etc. and the bathroom sink was loose in need of repair. 2Wall sockets would not contain a plug, and appear to have been abused. 2Levels of management made the cost unreasonable, and the reservation could not be canceled. the bbq grill was inneed of replacement. Toomany rules, all with cost impacts if violated. BEWARE.

1. Had received several e-mails and texts with not useful info. It was difficult to wade through all the jibberish that was sent to find door and gate codes. You could of put the gate/room at the beginning of the e-mail instead of at the end!!! 2. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area which is part of south Texas but there were more than I expected. When you turn on the light, 6 to 8 scurried into the wood wall or under the microwave. 3. Extra charges - room costs $84 yet with extra charges paid $193. That alone, I'll never stay in Wimberley again and definitely warn all my acquaintances. 4. List of Room rules. Not nice. After reading left me with bad feelings - if you do this, we'll charge you - if you do that, we'll charge you. What happened to KINDNESS? Why did I pay a cleaning fee? If you don't wash dishes or take out the trash, we'll charge you. Left me with a feeling of fear, that if I forgot to do something, ya'll are searching for something/anything to add charges. 5. What is the deadline for extra charges to be added? 6. On the List of Rules, there's no instructions on whom (e-mail, text, phone#) to inform that you've checked out of the room. When we left the room at 9am, I was afraid that would we get charged for staying extra time (that was in the rules) since I may not have contacted the correct authorities that we had checked out.

Extremely disappointing and very misleading.

The air conditioning was good.

The pictures they use for the property do not match the looks of the property. The pictures lead you to believe you go in through the red door to your cabin. When actually the red door leads you to a hallway with the cabin doors. Our cabin had no windows. No where on the property description does it tell you that nor does it tell you that you are only 100 ft away from the main road so if you sit on the porch all you hear is traffic and all you see is a privacy fence. The property is worn down and ugly. It was not cleaned well as I found a lot of dirt and dead bug under the dresser when I had to move it to get my bracelet that fell. The kitchen had very few utensils. There is a fridge but no freezer and no ice machine on the property. The property management company was in concerned about my issues and did not offer to find me another location. I am sending pictures of what. The property really looks like so when someone sees what is used for booking they will see it is not even close. Truly the worst representation of a property I have ever encountered.

Great looking grounds and it has nice privacy from the main road. I had quick responses from the managers on the shape of the room. It is not very far from the main square.

The room was too expensive and I should not be charged for cleaning and sterilization. The air conditioner did not work well. Everything in the room was old and I feel like all your appliances are outdated. I would not recommend this place to a friend at the current price. 600 bucks for 2 nights...

Not a premier log cabin!

Not much!

The walls were thin and we could hear everything, kids, people coming and going, doors slamming!!! Our room had no window! The stove was too small as was the mini fridge. This was a birthday trip for my grand I and we were miserable. The “resort” was packed with cars and people, so we ended up going to sleep around 9 both night because there was nothing to do! Never again! I left a nice hotel in Fredericksburg paying less per night to go there. A huge mistake!

The grounds and parking were nice and loved that it was gated.

A trash can for the kitchen. The small waste basket wasn't big enough for the weekend. Also the room needs a window.

I felt we paid too much. But probably wouldn't go back.

It was a cute room.

The pool and room looks way smaller than photos. The walls are very thin, heard screaming and crying kids all weekend, people slamming doors and smoking pot that reeked in the hall and our bedroom. Next time if there is a next time, I don't want to be around crying kids.Maybe put some sort of door mechanism to avoid slamming doors.You charge a pretty good amount not to be able to fix doors.

I loved the pool and fire pit area. Even more that I could bring my dog.

I don't like bathrooms so it was too small for me. I didn't like that the shower floor was kind of stained.
