Perfect location to attend Market Days - it was across the street. We were able to walk over. The property was gated and secluded. Nice pool area to hang out. The room was a good size and clean.
Both beds were VERY squeaky! Any time someone moved while sleeping it would wake us all up because the squeaking was so loud. The mattresses also dipped just enough in the middle that we would roll.

Pretty area.
Very poor, borderline dangerous lack of lighting. Bed too close to bathroom. Needs a dresser.

Location
Backed up Septic Grinder System caused toilet to barely flush. Know outside lights at night came on anywhere in the complex so you could walk the steps safely.

the pool was nice, double sinks in the bathroom, 2 chair sitting area in kitchen, the decor
the day of check we were told Ac was not working in room we rented, they were working on getting fixed, but when we arrived still not cool enough so we ended up taking bigger room with 1 bed and sofa bed. we didnt book this room because sofa beds are not comfortable, we ended up running to San marcos walmart for a foam bed padding. still havent heard from management on this. then we didnt like the step up to the kitchen area, at night you can see. then the lip at the fireplace my daughter tripped over trying to get to the sofa bed. (2girls) Not enough light in front of rooms on the outside of building.
