Probably one of the best ski apartments we have stayed in

This was a fantastic apartment in the heart of the little village very close to the ski lift. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. As is often the way with ski apartments there are a lot of steps up to it when you check in, but you can reduce this by walking through the car-park. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were so soft they flattened to virtually nothing, which was a minor point. Bathroom showers were excellent. Communication was good prior to and during the holiday. Huge terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers which was lovely to sit out on with a fantastic view of the slopes. If you arrive late on a Saturday the Spar supermarket is not open on a Sunday, there is a small supermarket at the other end of the village which opens on a Sunday afternoon only. There isn't a Pharmacy in Obergurgl, the nearest one is in Solden so make sure you have everything you need. All in all we had a really lovely holiday here and would not hesitate to recommend

Only very minor points, we would have liked better pillows and larger bathroom towels for the shower. But they are just very minor points.

We were there for the wedding of my youngest son at Hohe Mut, absolutely, utterly magical.

The lady in the shop downstairs was wonderful. She was so kind and helpful, and made a lovely fuss of our 18 month old grandson

very convenient location very comfortable place to stay

kitchen utensils weren't great but that is very typical of holiday apartments so in no way a major issue. absolutely no kitchen stuff except coffee - arrival pack (milk, bread etc) would be helpful as only had 10 mins to get to shop before it shut at 6.

Excellent penthouse apartment with spectacular terrace and views

One of the very best apartments we have ever stayed in with more than 30 years of extensive leisure and business travel to compare. It consists of two penthouse apartments: left and right. We had right. Spacious and tastefully decorated with quality materials, furniture and equipment. The large terrace and spectacular unobstructed views set it apart. Terrace with two sun beds and table with six chairs. 100 meters rather flat walk from two main gondola lifts, Spar supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars in the middle of the village centre. Spacious combined living dining kitchen area. Comfortable L-shaped sofa plus fauteuil. Dining table for six. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 pit electric furnace, and fridge freezer combination. All the utensils you can think off. Two big 2-persons bedrooms with en-suite big bathrooms. One bedroom with an extra sofa-bed, but more for kids. Covered parking and ski room below the building. Smooth check-in/out by the Riml sports store below the building, open from 08:30-18:30 and efficient alternative arrangements possible for off-hours

Only consideration to take into account: no lift and two chairs to climb, so not ideal for less mobile persons.

The layout and location

No vacuum, no long handled brush so hard to keep floor crumb free. Poor instructions for getting into car park, staff didn’t know how to access on arrival.

Close to perfect...don’t come!

Almost everything! Incredibly convenient - ski shop below, shop 100m away, slopes 200m away, restaurant across the road etc etc; Beautiful, breathtaking views of the slopes and mountains from the balcony; Modern, clean, stylish, very, very well equipped apartment.

It would be churlish to pick anything out.

Het was er warm, gezellig en netjes

Het appartement op zich was echt comfortabel en goed ingericht

Dat er geen fles water was als we toekwamen. De volgende dag was het zondag en was de Spar ( winkel ) gesloten. Dus hebben we geen boodschappen kunnen doen.
