Location, location, location! Specactular, large, private garden with 20x40 pool. Walking distance to bay, sunset views and East Hampton’s 3 waterfront restaurants.
Relax in my bright, airy house with its private, sunny, half-acre garden and large saltwater pool. Stocked with a Weber gas grill and everything you need in the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy sunset BBQs on the back patio and sunny breakfasts on the front porch. For cool evenings, cozy up near the fireplace or outdoor fire pit. The outdoor shower is bliss. Central AC.
Perfect for friends or couples, there are two bedrooms with comfy queen beds. 1 newly renovated bathroom as well as the amazing outdoor shower. The sunroom has a 65inch TV to catch up on your favorite shows.
Well-trained dogs are welcome. The backyard is huge and completely fenced in and safe for running around.
The house is walking distance to Sunset Harbor, Sisi an East Hampton Point, and Bostwick’s on the Harbor, and beautiful sunset views at Gardiner's Bay at the end of the street. 2 minute drive to Maidstone Park Beach, 10 mins to East Hampton village and ocean beaches with daily parking available

This house was beautiful. It was extremely relaxing and spacious and our dog had a wonderful time. Julia was an exceptional host and was responsive to all inquiries we had. We would highly record this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

We were so impressed and had a wonderful time. Lovely home, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The property is private, large with an exquisite pool, and a large patio perfect for entertaining. Thank you!

The garden and pool are outstanding, the location as well, quiet, beautiful, just a few steps from the water....
Bathroom is new and air-conditioning excellent but the rest of the house was quite a disappointment. The basics are there, but the details not, and that was what made the rating a 3 stars only.
Quite a few very shabby carpets, very worn-out china, useless dishwasher, tones of decorations (nothing bad in principle, but not what one would aim for during COVID-19 time...).
The fridge was full of perishable food when we check in and the waste bin full of waste....
Again, a question of details and of preparing the house for visitors in and out during the Summer. Less would be more, in my opinion.
