The villa sits on an inclinated property that offers panoramic view of the bay of Agios Andreas and the Ionian islands (Zakynthos and Kefallonia). It is surrounded by green areas and integrated within the environment so the guests can enjoy privacy, relax and gaze at some of the most impressive sunsets.
The lot is directly connected to the main driveway and offers two parking spaces, one on the upper and one on the lower level (for 2 and 1 vehicles accordingly).The villa belongs to a group of two vacation villas within the same lot, each one with its own garden and entrance.
The villa consists of an open-plan, double height space of living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom on the grould floor level, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom on the upper level. Each of the ground floor spaces (bedrooms and kitchen) have access to their own private patio.
The main space of the house is equipped with a working fireplace and there is a heating as well as air-conditioning system.
There is wireless high speed internet available at no extra cost.

Tolle Unterkunft, die genau die Sonnenuntergänge überm Meer bietet, die die Photos versprechen. Ein wenig touristische Region, in der man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Tolle weite Strände, für die man aber etwas fahren muss, genauso wie kleine Badebuchten direkt vor der Haustür oder nebenan. Tolle Restaurants am Strand mit frischem Fisch. Olympia mit individueller Führung, die uns von Chrysi vermittelt wurde, ein absolutes Highlight. Genauso wie die Wanderungen zu diversen Wasserfällen und Klöstern in den Bergschluchten. Eine wunderbare Region und ein tolles Feriendomizil, das wir jeden Tag genossen haben.

This was a perfect base for visiting Ancient Olympia while enjoying the beach and sunsets as well. Our hosts stocked the house with some starter supplies and the lemon, orange and grapefruit trees were a bonus! Check in and out was very easy. Relaxing and watching sunsets from the deck was just what we were after. Thank you Chrysi and family!
