Son emplacement est idéal, la terrasse est confortable et ensoleillée et il y a une piscine très calme que peu d’habitants utilisent. À proximité de la mer et de nombreuses plages.
La décoration est un peu vieillot, mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Tout le reste est parfait

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. We like the location because it's very quiet, has a superb balcony with views across to Los Gigantes but is close enough to plenty of restaurants. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and typically reply to WhatsApps within minutes.
One really minor issue - the main bedroom has a standard double bed. We would prefer something bigger, e.g. a King-size, but that wouldn't stop us staying here again.

Kitchen induction range must be replace and in general the up floor needs to be renovated .
