Остановилась случайно на одну ночь. Администратор была ко мне невероятно добра, номер был чистый и аккуратный, постель удобная, в уборной также чисто и комфортно. Прекрасный вариант для тех, кому необходимо остановиться в этой части города. Кроме того, прямо у отеля остановка общественного транспорта, на 8 троллейбусе можно легко добраться прямо к ж/д вокзалу

Співвідношення ціна - якість - чудове. В номерах чисто, білизна нормальна, ліжка зручні, сантехніка нова. Кондиціонер працює справно. Адміністратор - чуйна людина. Дякую за забезпечене комфортне проживання. Розташування здається невдалим, але прямо біля готелю зупинка громадського транспорту і жодного разу ми не чекали на тролейбус більше 5 хвилин.
Рушники для тіла вже слід замінити.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel itself is good as well. Clean and comfortable room, equipped with everything the guests need (fridge, safe, air-conditioner, hair dryer et cetera).
The communication with the hotel management is horrible! While booking the room the condition of the payment stated in my booking was "no credit card details in advance, pay at the property, no credit cards, cash only". Few days before arrival I started to receive a messages from the management of the hotel with the demand to pay for my stay (just 1 night and only Euro 20) by the bank transfer. I asked for their IBAN to pay. They give me bank details with some mistakes and it took me about 3 days to get them to give me proper IBAN. At the end I managed to do a bank transfer, but, for my big surprise, when I arrived to the hotel, instead of giving me a key, I was told that they did not received my money and I should pay by CREDIT CARD at the reception! And I had to pay for the room again. The first payment was deducted from my bank account, but they continue to refuse to send my first payment back. As a result I paid for the room double price, I have to rush to my bank to investigate where is my first payment and how can I get it back. And there is no sorry from the hotel management! Just horrible. Very greedy people and they are disrespectful to the customers!
