Great location, next to city garden. Super Clean, all utilities working fine, new bed linen. 3 windows. Nice balcony. Bathroom is big. Quite. Communication with stuff was good.
Frying pan handle was not ok) needs to be fixed, or pan replaced.
Bed linen would be better of a more neutral color.
Photos on Booking give impression of a bigger apartment. Actually the main room is much smaller.

Good apartment, has everything you need for short/long stay, exactly like photos. Good communication.
The address was not the published one: Preobrajenskaya 24 which I ordered, although it was only 6 minutes walk from there I was disappointed as I booked on city garden and wanted to stay there. I advise the owner to put the correct address as this is important to many people, you have good apartment, there is no need to hide the address.

Very near the center of the town. Quiet place and cozy room.
The road is completelly destroyed by a construction the government is making. It's like a bomb was dropped in the place.
The shower wasn't working properly.
