Beautiful apartment, wish they we could have enjoyed it more, as we were were working and very busy

The apartment is magnificent ! It is not a one bedroom but a large L shaped studio, with a full kitchen and bathroom. I was concerned about the sofa beds, but our bed was VERY comfortable for two adults. My husband is 6’4 and he was very comfortable. There were lots of comfy blankets, and happily the sheets were on our bed when we opened it. I was there for work, so was very thankful for that. The parking was right there! Wonderful

The towels were a little small and not abundant, but we made do. But if you want big fluffy towels , bring your own. The « moka » (Italian coffee pot » is missing a joint so it wasn’t very efficient

Convinient

Location was good (Lillaz is 10 min walking from top to bottom), good wardrobe, very nice toilet facilities with hair drier and washing machine, lots of quilt/blankets to stay warm and comfortable, lots pf pillows, nice views of the cliffs even though is a ground flat.

The mattres of the bed could have been better, but there was lots of quilt so I reinforced the mattress using lots of layers with blankets and quilt.

Fair for the price

- good location - good value for money - well heated - easy access at ground floor - free parking - spacious enough for a studio - clean

- sofa beds were not the most comfortable - no wifi. mentioned in description, still in 2022 is kind of expected - not much provided in the kitchen: spices, salt, etc.. - water was brown/rusty most of the times. Took long time to clear and had to repeat every day - bin was tiny and no recycling - The lady that handed over the key spoke no english at all. It was quite difficult to communicate and took us some time to explain to her where we were and ask her to bring the key -bathroom was clean but outdated. Shower curtain yellow and sink tap wouldn't close properly. - can hear the neighbours in the hallway

Ottima posizione

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente nella frazione di Lillaz a 3 km dal centro di Cogne non ci sono letti fissi ma due divani letto comunque comodi e moderni che si aprono e chiudono in un attimo, questo per noi non è stato un problema, cucina ben attrezzata e pratica. Il parcheggio privato è stato molto utile visto che nel mese di agosto parcheggiare su stalli gratuiti può diventare un impresa. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.

Avrei preferito trovare nella dotazione una scopa elettrica per pulire il pavimento e non la classica scopa a mano, ma sono piccoli particolari, il soggiorno è stato comunque ottimo!

Buona posizione , Dato il periodo, residence poco abitato quindi silenzioso. Per due persone spazioso

Aggiungerei due sedie a sdraio per il terrazzo e uno stendi biancheria più grande per chi soggiorna più a lungo
