Brilliant apartment for a family stay in Aosta

The property has everything you need - well kitted out kitchen, big bathroom for the whole family and a sweet balcony for a morning coffee. Right in town and an easy walk to the ski lift. And the owner met us to talk us through everything we might need to know, including where to park and how to use everything in the apartment.

Definetely would come back again.

Everything was the way we expected, very cozy appartment, very comfortable with family of four. Highly recomended, the host Ede was very nice.

There were two things that we had issues with. It’s parking, not always you can find a free parking after ski day in a closest parking place, and hot water, usually the last, fourth person get’s only cold water in the shower.

Znakomicie spędzony czas urlopu.

Lokalizacja w porządku. Sam apartament bardzo ok. Widok na góry z balkonu super. Czysto, ciepło i przyjemnie. Przstronny i wygodny. Trzecie pietro, ale jest winda. Sasiedztwo również w porządku. Brak uciążliwości.

Dodatkowe łóżeczko dziecięce było rozłożone, mimo, że nie prosiłam o to, zajmowało niepotrzebnie miejsce. Trzeba też wziąć pod uwagę, że taki widok w sypialni może być dla kogoś traumatyczny (poronienie, strata dziecka) To jest na życzenie, a nie stały element wyposażenia, dlatego sugeruję złożenie i rozkładanie faktycznie na życzenie gościa. Zmywarka do naczyń jest, ale brak kapsułek, trzeba sobie samemu zakupić, co jest nonsensowne, bo opakowania są dość duże. Dwie rolki papieru toaletowego dla 3 osób na 7 dób to też jednak trochę za mało. Lokalizacja w porządku, ale powinna być informacja w ofercie, że na ulicy, przy której znajduje się apartament nie wolno parkować, a miejsca parkingowego szuka się w promieniu 500-700m na własną rekę.

Praticamente in centro. Proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Disponibilità della proprietaria al late check in. lettino da campeggio. Calda e accogliente Lavatrice/lavastoviglie/microonde. Presenza di ascensore Wi-Fi Letti comodi

Parcheggio non disponibile vicino casa. Solo con strisce blu in zona ma ne eravamo al corrente quindi ci va bene così. Boiler anziché caldaia.

Posizione centrale, all'inizio dell' area pedonale, In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse del centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio gratuito di via Verraz. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Animali ammessi.

La colazione non è compresa poichè appartamento con uso cucina. Ottima la posizione per poter fare la colazione al bar e veramente vicino al centro città
