This beautiful property is located at the Hope Lake Lodge which is a luxurious, upstate hotel, beautifully situated on Hope Lake in the Virgil Valley of the Finger Lakes Region. Boasting a "green" status, this property offers tons of excitement and adventure paired with amazing amenities and relaxation facilities. Sleeps 6 up to 8 people. Our condo with private balcony with seating features:
• Bedroom: 2 Queen beds
• Loft: 1 Queen bed
• Living area: Fireplace, TV, 1 Queen-sized sofabed
• Fully-equipped kitchen, Dining table with seating
• 1st Bathroom: Ensuite to the bedroom and features a spacious shower and vanity
• 2nd Bathroom: Located adjacent to the living area and has a shower and bathtub
• 3rd Bathroom: Ensuite to the loft and has a full bath

• Mountain bike rentals (March - October)
• Coin operated laundry on the first floor

Beautiful lodge with space adequate and comfortable for our nuclear family 'plus one'. We haven't realized till the day after that due to special and needed precautions the room would not be turned in the morning - but we have no complains about it. When we needed fresh towels, etc, they were provided for us timely. Other than the above, the property is located ~ 30 minutes from the major hikes we wanted to visit, and a bit too far from others, but it would have been unreasonable to cover them all in 3 and a half days. I would recommend the place. Oh, and the communication at the time of booking and when I had questions before the actual trip - was seamless. Very well managed.
