About this apartment rental
Surrounded by nature in the middle of the Verdicchio wine-growing region, our little paradise is located in one of the most relaxing and diverse region in Italy, the Marche. Undiscovered quaint places await you, free from the hustle and bustle of tourism, lovely hilly landscapes, ideal for hiking, and the idyllic ambience of the original Italy with the best food and drink at affordable prices. Surrounded by greenery and yet easily and quickly accessible. The next town Cupramontana, just a few kilometers away, is a pretty medieval town with a lot of original charm. It takes just 30 minutes to reach the sea by car, and it takes less than an hour to the wonderful beaches of the Conero; The journey to the nature reserve of the Sibillini Mountains is hardly longer, perfect for climbing tours or mountain biking.
The spectacular grotto of Frasassi, one of the world's most fascinating cave complexes, is a day trip, as are the charming classic cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio - with their numerous cultural treasures.
Our holiday complex is the perfect basis to experience all of this and more.
Il Cantinone was built over 100 years ago and used as a winery for the surrounding winegrowers. At the turn of the millennium, the property, which had now fallen into ruin, was very complex and rebuilt according to modern standards. Today we can offer 2 fully equipped and luxuriously furnished apartments, a spacious and well-equipped barbecue area and a spacious sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols and of course a great swimming pool! Our cool ballroom is ideal for hosting large family celebrations or parties.

Vielen Dank nochmals für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub in der wirklich paradisischen Italy Casa mit Mega Pool und wirklich sehr netten Vermietern!! Wir war total begeistert und möchten wieder kommen! Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön gepflegt und in der Küche war alles da, was man zum Selberkochen braucht! Pool und Anlage war immer TOP gepflegt und wunderschön! ;)
Thank you for the special paradise casa with TOP huge Pool and beautiful Garden! Landlord/Lady was very friendly and special. The rooms was very clean and comfortable incl. kitchen and cozy "living room" with stack! The neighborhood was very nice and with beautiful nature. 40 min. to the ocean / 25 min to the airport. What would you like more! ;) Beautiful location! High recommended!

Un magnifique endroit avec des hôtes chaleureux et accueillants. Location proche des sites importants à visiter dans les Marches. L'appartement est spacieux. La piscine est magnifique et entretenue avec beaucoup de soin. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer un magnifique séjour dans les Marches.
Un grand merci à Stefan et Suzan pour leur accueil.
