Plenty of space, wonderful garden all the facilities that a family needs! Close to the beach and restaurants - super easy check in/out and very efficient at replying to any messages.
lots of unnecessary furniture and ornaments especially in main living area - slightly worried that the kids might knock something over

It is a beautiful villa, with all you may need inside. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy it more. A beautiful, shady, big garden around. The host is very helpful. The villa is at the sea and Alykes beach is 5 minutes walking.
If you fancy history and you have a car, you may easily reach, Thebes, Athens, even Delphi. The nearby island of Evia is also worth visiting: nice beaches, waterfalls, thermal baths, etc.
Welll... the fridge was a bit lasy so that we needed to put the beers in the freezer for some minutes in order to have them real cold. But it could be due to the hot temperatures outside.
A dedicated bin for plastic pets and glass would be welcome, I think.
