Overall this place exceeded expectations. It felt that this time pictures in the portal did not allow to understand how good the place is. Large, green, well decorated garden with closed territory, swimming pool and grill area. Large, spacious, 2 level villa, suitable for 3-4 families. We were 7 grownups and 7 kids. All had own beds and large living room was good place for all to gather. Air conditioners all in place. Nearest beaches are 5-7 minutes by car. There are several options from large touristic places with sandy beaches to smaller, cozy beaches. Village nearby has good stores, some restaurant and very nice bakery.
Location is not ok if you are without the car. Walking to beaches is not comfortable due to small roads where only one car can fit. While we did stay there for one week and used a swimming pool a lot, we did feel it needs some more recovery (cleaning). Bedrooms in the ground floor had issues with water pressure in the shower and some minor visual defects (ceilings to be fixed).

The house is spacious, well equipped and with lots of rooms to accommodate comfortably our group. Kitchen has ample number of dishes and a verity of equipment to work with.
Kids greatly enjoyed the pool and yard is very well kept.
Host allowed us to check out late with no issues
Facilities were not working (dryers), broken (bath hoze), under performing (low pressure in lower floor shower, host indicated this is a problem in the entire neiboughhood but rest of the house pressure was fine).
On top of that we had ants coming out of kitchen walls and crawling through the house. We kept on closing the doors/ windows but they were in the walls.

Lovely place, felt safe, very clean, very well equipped, a few issues with broken chairs for outside and not enough sun loungers for 12 people.
