About this house rental
The Casa Piscina is located on a 15. 000 m² plot of greenery on the Finca Son Catiu and has a floor space of approximately 100 m², consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). You enter the house directly through the new fully equipped kitchen, which is combined with the directly adjacent reading and TV room. From here you reach the small bathroom or reach the very bright open living and dining area. From this, a door leads into the large double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite. Another door will take you to the second bedroom.
The outdoor area offers a lot of privacy on the furnished terraces. The swimming pool, located directly at the house, is slightly elevated and can be reached via a semicircular staircase. Of course, there are enough beach chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower available. A highlight is certainly the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with plancha and pizza oven.
Rent a comfortable and very well-equipped holiday home. Holiday guests who prefer modern living comfort in a Mediterranean location, will appreciate this property especially. With typical Mallorcan elements and modern ambience, this very well maintained holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The house was renovated in the spring of 2018 and brought to a contemporary standard. The finca impresses with pure romance and ambience. Here you will miss nothing so fast.
There are four houses on the 15,000 sqm plot. The arrangement of the houses on the property is designed so that this does not detract from your privacy. The existing tennis court is available to all guests of the finca at leisure.
In one of the houses lives the nice manager couple, which is at your disposal if you have any questions.

Eine Finca an der es an nichts fehlt. Idylisch gelegen, ruhig, einfache eine tolle Woche um sich zu erholen. Pool, Tennisplatz und das Haus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr zuvorkommende Verwalter auf der Anlage. Die Privatsphäre ist hier absolut gegeben, da die Häuser dementsprechend angeordnet sind. Den Stern Nummer 5 kann ich trotzdem nicht geben. Die Kaffeemaschine war leider ein No Go. Wir trinken viel Kaffee und als wir die Filter Maschine in Betrieb nehmen wollten, mussten wir leider nicht nur feststellen, das diese nicht mehr zeitgerecht ist sondern auch verschmutzt war. Als wir diese eingeweicht hatten, stellten wir fest, dass im inneren der Kanne bereits das Email abgeplatzt war und bereits zu rosten angefangen hat. Solch eine tolle Finca hat eine moderne Maschine verdient. Darüber hinaus ist hier und da sicherlich ein neuer Anstrich wieder fällig. Trotzdem können wir die Finca weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely stay. The owner was very responsive and considerate. The house is on a remote location, on a compound with several houses but you have a lot of privacy. The caretakers Guido and Iris are kind and accommodating and moreover they are very discreet, so you won’t be bothered at all. It is therefore a perfect please to rest and unwind. The private pool was fabulous. The accommodation is clean and well taken care of. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

Finca Son Catiu is a quiet place with all the comforts: the pool is beautiful, the environment is peaceful and relaxing...

This villa has everything you need, lovely big clean pool and tennis court as well. Only noises around was sheeps, goats chickens and birds. Great escape. Close ..."
