La disponibilità del proprietario e la veranda con vista mare. L'ottima posizione: prossimita del mare e fuori dal traffico del centro. La spiaggia di Santo Stefano é vicinissima e molto piu' bella di Cala Caterina.

L'appartamento malgrado il bagno ristrutturato di recente, meriterebbe un restyling (buio, con mobilio vetusto). Pentole e stoviglie: scarse e datate.

Posizione migliore di quanto si percepisce dalla foto, bellissima vista mare. Terrazza ampia e molto godibile.

Casa piccola, solo due stanze con arredamenti molto datati. Un rinnovamento gioverebbe molto. Anche un trattamento contro le vespe andrebbe considerato.
