About this house rental
Paola's house is located on Punta Santo Stefano, on the western side of the Capo Carbonara promontory, between Cala Tramazzu and Cala Caterina.
Having privileged access to rocks and beaches, the house is just a few steps from the sea. Thanks to the breathtaking view that you can see, it is ideal for enjoying wonderful sunsets while sitting on a deckchair or while you are having dinner.
It is a terraced house of about 100 square meters spread over two levels. It has two gardens with related outdoor patios, a terrace and a lovely internal patio. The front garden overlooks the sea.
The lower level includes the living room and the dining area, the kitchen, a double (2 single beds) room with bathroom, an interior patio, an outdoor patio with a covered shower and the front garden.
The upper level has an external entrance with a terrace, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small outdoor patio and a rear garden.
It is located within the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara, so all the most beautiful beaches in the area of Villasimius are within easy reach.
Wi-Fi is not present but the mobile signal is good. The house does not have air conditioning, however the two double bedrooms have ceiling fan while the double (2 single beds) room is fresh, being carved into the rock.

Wir verbrachten sehr erholsame Tage in dieser Villa direkt am Meer. Jeden Abend eindrückliche Sonnenuntergänge zu geniessen, war alleine die Reise wert. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser. Die Vermietung war unkompliziert und wir wurden vom Gastgeber persönlich empfangen. Wir erhielten die notwendigen Informationen und auf unsere Bedürfnisse wurde sofort eingegangen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war die defekte Sonnenstore. Aber alles in allem ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Objekt.

La casa è bellissima, confortevole e molto ben attrezzata. Abbiamo passato delle vacanze meravigliose e molto lo dobbiamo al posto che abbiamo scelto. Ci ha permesso di godere di una vista in prima fila su l mare e di due spiagge a pochi metri da casa. Grazie ai proprietari che hanno avuto cura d'ogni cosa. Consiglio vivamente la scelta di questa struttura ideale per 6 persone .

We have been visiting Sardinia many times and have seen a lot of beautiful locations, but we like this one most of all. The view from the veranda is incredible. It´s nice to sit on the rocks and watch the sunset or to swim and snorkel in the clear water with lots of fish. There are two nice beaches you can easily reach by a short walk.
The villa is very clean and comfortable with typical sardinian flair. There are various cosy places to sit, whatever the weather is like. The kitchen is well equipped and the houseowner is very kind and attentive. We will definitely come back again.
