Location was close to the beach and the host was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and for $15 we could rent a barbecue which we did and enjoyed eating outside. There was one bedroom with an actual bed and the others had futons. It was easy to check in. It was like an old pension. I’d stay again in cooler weather.
There was only AC in the main room. It was very warm and the fans were available; but it didn’t help much cool the bedrooms. For some reason the floor heating turned on with the hot water so we took cold showers to avoid the heat. There were teeny towels for the bathroom.

Location, quirky furniture with a CRT tv that my children thought was out of a museum!
A little difficult to find with limited parking. The hot water seemed to also turn on the underfloor heating although the control unit was very clearly marked hot water only.
