The price is affordable, the house is unique and offers a glimpse into everyday Korean life with some quirky interior. It was clean. Location is a bit outside of city center but we arrived by rental car. Has a small, cute garden, you can sit outside sipping coffee. Plenty restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The listing says it has a washing machine but it does not. There is a laundromat next door so not much of a problem but the listing should be corrected. We were asked to separate waste but only had one waste bag. The owner has not replied to our messages for two days on Booking. Only replied when we downloaded kakaotalk and sent a message there. The bigger room is a bit stuffy, it has a very small window and very low ceiling but it is all right for sleeping.
