Three different levels of open space, includes a large living room, 4 bedrooms & a loft (3 queens, 1 has 2 twins with loft has a queen bed). 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room with cub size sauna NEW HOT SPRING® SPA Grandee 6 person outdoor hot tub, large sauna, gas fireplace, high speed internet COMCAST hi speed modem internet, 65" LG HDTV W/ Blu-Ray, 200 Xfinity HD channels. Yamaha 7.2 surround sound system with Airplay & bluetooth, 3 additional ROKU HDTV's in bedrooms. Large kitchen with new appliances, beverage fridge & granite counters, extra Large 10 person dining table NON SMOKING HOUSE, NO PETS. It’s a beautiful 5 bedroom, plus loft home with fabulous views of the mountain. Large dining table which our family of ten appreciated. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals . The owner is very responsive & actually met us when we arrived to show us around & explain certain features. They were very welcoming! Would definitely recommend this property & will certainly be back!

This was our third year renting from Howard, always very welcoming, we wouldn’t stay any where else! Everything in the house works properly, really convenient location for walking to the nightlife and quick 2 minute ride to the mountain! Cheers Howie! Thanks for another great year!

We had a great time at Howard's place! The location was perfect, being so close to the mountain and all the restaurants and stores. Howard was also a great host, he met us at the house when we arrived to welcome us and show us around. Would highly recommend staying here!

Howard’s home was perfect for a weekend of skiing with my friends. He made communication easy and the convenient location to the mountain and shops/restaurants couldn’t be beat. Hope to be back next winter!
