About this house rental
Lounge w / 3 rooms / 8 rooms (2 suites) / 7 bathrooms / kitchen 3 rooms w / wood stove.(We have kitchen utensils to receive up to 30 people.)/ garage for 6 cars / 4x6m pool / soccer field / 2 lakes //. Wide terrain with hills - pleasant and cool mountain climate, surrounded by plants and trees. We have a kiosk with barbecue, oven and wood stove next to the pool. The kiosk also has 2 bathrooms. We charge a cleaning fee: 90.00. It is also necessary to leave a check deposit of 1. 000.00 (in case there is any damage to the property). and 7 days before going to the site, make the rest of the payment.

Estivemos no natal com nossa familia! Sitio conservadíssimo!!Tudo muito limpo, organizado, cuidado. Muito lazer, opções de distração. Foi um natal incrivel! O lugar é lindo!!!! Estivemos no feriado de 02/11 no Sítio.
Quero aqui deixar meus elogios a limpeza e a toda a estrutura do sítio, que superou e expectativa de todos. Um local extremamente agradável, tranquilo e com instalações em perfeitas condições.
Vale ainda ressaltar a simpatia e presteza do caseiro (Dito) e sua esposa e a preocupação em agradar da Sra. Tania.

Estive eu e minha familia no sitio pela 1º vez pra comemorar meu niver... Todos amaram otima localizaçao, amplos quarto e lazer completo , caseiro muito gentil, e a D. tania proprietaria muito atenciosa.
Enfim casa perfeita e bem organizada pra quem busca conforto e unir toda famila sem ficar agromerado.
