My son and me are so happy that we desided to stay at this welldoing place. During a month long Odysee at mechanic with our campervan we spent our last ten days with two bookings in november and december 2025 in this welcoming apartment. The owner is a really warm, empathic and helpful soul who really blooms in hosting and fullfilling needs of her hosts. Always kind, immediatly responding, with lots of patience and trust - full of love. The love you feel in her flat too, over both floors. Many warm, cozy, peaceful details let you smile and let us feel home from the beginning. It's created with lot of creativity, simultan really practical not only beautiful. The kitchen- and dinnerroomfloor gives a lot of space to be. Not only for the for free useable sup :-) A table big enough for six people next to a really thought out kitchen equipment - I loved the dish washer, enjoyed the little oven and liked to prepare on the big stove. We created some christmas cookies and delicious menues. I liked the shelf filled with decoration elements and storage jars ready to be filled with müsli & Co and even giving enough space for own private things to drape. In the whole kitchen it's a good selection of difrent plates, pots and cutlery, plenty of glasses for water, juice, wine and liquors and handy pleasant cups. Even some basic spices are offert, what made me really happy not to buy some basics double or bring all from the garage... If you stay longer and you love to clean for example the floor on your own, appropriate utensils are there, if you like to treat yourself complete holidayfeeling it's no problem to ask for a professional cleaning in between, one little sign and she will kindly organise for you that the cleaning lady will come by in between.

...for a week to brunch and cookings in the evenings. The upper floor is really subdivided efficiently in a really cozy way. I loved my bed, my son loved the couch we switched to his biggest bed he ever had - best comfort toped with the pillows, fluffy blankets and white covers - every night we enjoyed to go to bed. The couch-creation on the floor with big pillows was perfectly for us because we love to be near the ground and enjoyed phoning, reading and painting on this soft equipment. The bathroom never felt too small - even it's a tiny room, it has everything you need perfectly placed to feel comfortable. Shower with big enough boiler that water never get cold even if both of us were using successively, good pressure and if needed soap and shampoo is offert, same with the soap and softner for the great washing machine, plenty of thick small and big white towels and best soft sustainable toiletpaper. Even a hairdryer with adds is ready to use. But what we loved most on the end of this long little involuntarily holiday in Castellon was the balcony. I think most of the time we spent there. At the season we were there we had mostly the whole day sun, what's really really welldoing in wintertime. And there is no building directly in front of you. The sun says in the later morning "Hola" through the windows , during you lay in your bed and if I remember right till four or half past four and than you can move to the beach nearby for sunsetwalks to catch the last sunbeams. We had nearly everyday breakfast/brunch outside, the laundry dried really quick on the pre-made clothlines with offert pins and the sunchairs were really comfortable to enjoy the mediterain winterdays in the  silent smokeless apartmentarea. I'm very grateful for this place in challenging times. The apartment is best located.

Very cozy, modern apartment in best location. Beach and park nearby, supermarket 3 minutes by car, good accessible, well looked after, very clean and pretty interior. Loved the good smell :-) Nice, easy, and realiable contact. I'd love to come back.

Steps of the neighbours above are sometimes a bit noisy, walls/ceilings/doors are not entirely soundproof. But that's it, full recommendation anyways.
