About this apartment rental
Apartment of 70 m2 with sea view + a balcony of 10m2 on the 4th floor in a quiet area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a bathroom with a 2nd WC, an equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people which overlooks the terrace.
the residence is closed with an electric gate which gives onto a private car park, a large private swimming pool on large lawns, a children's area and a shaded park.
The beach is directly accessible at the exit of the residence on foot. There is just the road and the bike path to cross.
The two lively centers Eurosol and Torreon are also within walking distance. For walks, the cycle path passes in front of the building for 50 km of secure seaside ride. 15 km were carried out on an old railway line. Awe-inspiring ride!
To avoid carrying too much stuff, tea towels and towels are provided.
The apartment must be left clean.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August and are free the other months of the year.
Arrival after 2 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
the keys are with the caretaker.

The apartment was more than adequate for our stay. Well located close to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town center. Parking space provided was a big advantage too.
Although the apartment was well presented and clean, it could do with some brightening up, eg, painting the walls but overall I would recommend it.

Es antiguo pero la terraza y ubicación lo compensa todo.

La entrega y recogida de llaves por parte de la porteria muy bien, zonas comunes perfectas. La limpieza por parte de la chica que limpia tambien bien. El apartamento es amplio y prodia ser muy comodo si estuviera bien mantenido. Es como entrar en un apartamenteo de los años 80, pareces y techo con paredes desconchadas y sucias, interruptores y enchufes que ya no estan homologados para su uso, productos alimenticios caducados en la cocina y salón de hace alguno años (una bebida sin alcohol hace que caduco tan solo hace 23 años), cocina de fuegos sin campana, se hace mucho humo y quedan muchos olores. Las camas son comodas. Pero el resto queda mucho que desear. Es una pena que un apartamento amplio y muy bien ubicado este asi. Con una economica reforma cambiaria mucho la impresion del mismo.
