The villa spans two main levels and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, filled with aromatic herbs that guests are welcome to use for cooking, along with native Aegean plants and seasonal flowers. The verandas overlook the port, the sea, and the nearby islands, creating multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the view throughout the day.
At the upper level, a spacious terrace becomes the heart of outdoor living. A pergola-covered dining area shelters a monastery-style wooden table, comfortably seating up to eight guests—ideal for long summer dinners, sunset gatherings, and memorable moments.
The main living level welcomes you with an inviting entrance leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to six people. I and my wife spent 10 days in this beautiful house by the end of july.
We were welcomed warmly with all the necessary information on the house and its sorroundings and even received a welcome basket with traditional Kea products.
The house was splendid since our first istant there: marvellous view, perfectly furnished and clean, organized and decorated with a taste we appreciated. We had a good time there, and we watched many beautiful sunsets on the terrace. We found there everything we could need (or desire), including appliances and kitchen tools we are used to have in our home.
Kea island has a lot of beautiful beaches to choose from, never too crowdy and with cristal clean waters. There are many paths to follow if you prefer panoramic views and archaeological sites. We found the climate perfect, never too hot even in sunny days thanks to the winds that quite costantly flows during summer time.
We fell in love with the house and the island: we'll get there again for sure!

My husband and I just got back from a week at this beautiful house and can't say enough great things about it. The house is impeccably clean and cozy with the most amazing view in the world!!! Every convenience is there for you.
The island of Kea is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful with amazing beaches, hikes, and places to eat delicious local Greek food.
We totally recommend Villa Pietra to anyone who wants to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.
