just perfect

The studio was welcoming, well decorated and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay there. The location was amazing, with superb views from the windows. We adored Stari Grad and being right in the middle of it was a lovely experience. The host replied by phone to any questions we had and was charming. We really loved staying here.

Stunning location to enjoy the best of Stari Grad.

This is the most perfect location in Stari Grad, right on the water front. It’s quiet and just far enough away from the busy dock to still feel part of the vibe in the charming old town. The apartment has a stunning view, and it has been nicely renovated. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The ferry from Split is also an easy and scenic 15 minute walk. And, Tamara is the perfect host. We would stay here again if we came back.

An absolute gem in Stari Grad — perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect stay.

My goodness - if you see this lovely apartment available for the dates you'll be visiting - book it. You won't be disappointed. This was hands down, the best place we stayed at during our two week trip to Croatia. To start, the apartment was absolutely PERFECT. Very clean, all the amenities, AC worked amazing and the bathroom was pristine with plenty of hot water and towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. Now, the location was incredible. Exactly where you want to be in Stari Grad. Short walk to bus stop and also to water taxi to ferry. About a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and close to excellent bars and restaurants. Amazing view of the water and the surrounding area located on the corner. I could easily stay here working and living in Stari Grad for weeks during the summer. This place is really great! The owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. 100/10!

Very good

The studio is bright and friendly with windows facing in two directions and great views. The location was super central which was great if you want to join the mass of people strolling until midnight. Dont expect to get an early night but it was fun.

It was small for two people but workable. There was no second bed. The door between living/sleeping/cooking and the bathroom was only a flimsy door on rollers so very little privacy. We really needed two keys as the entrance door also had to be licked so we had to liaise with each other to gain entry.

really sweet town and lovely location

- Great location - Great shower pressure and good sized bathroom - Tamara was very helpful over text - thank you! - Bus stop, bakery and supermarkets near by - Good restaurants - Nice and quiet - Good air con - Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided which was great - We used the bubble laundrette at the other end of the harbour which we would recommend! - We paid about €65 a night which was fine

- there is a sliding door on bathroom (instead of a real door) which means there’s isn’t much privacy - something to be mindful of, if you’re in a new couple - Water does run very easily out of the shower so we had to squeegee it up immediately - Have to lock / unlock the front door of the house to get in and out as well as the apartment door - this was a pain, especially if we wanted to do different things, for example, as there was only one key - Would have been nice for beach towels to be provided ☺️ - Neighbours sandals smacking the stairs woke us up every morning at like 06:30 - the walls are very thin (something to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper) - Sunrise woke me up through the bathroom door - there’s a big gap where it slides, would be nice if there was a blind in the bathroom perhaps? - Curtains are light so if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask

Great location in Stari Grad and clean.

clean and overlooking the marina, so you’re right in the heart of the restaurants. Buses are easy to use and only a 7 min walk. You can easily get to Jelsa or Hvar by bus for 5 or 6 Euro. There’s a supermarket close by too so put some food in the refrigerator in the apartment as well. we would leave the windows open in the evening and soak up the great view of the marina.

we had to close the sink drain after each use since there seemed to be a sewage issue with it and it would give off a very foul odor. but that can happen at properties close to ocean water. We notified the owner, she said the town may be having a sewage issue. Also, since you are right one the marina walkway, which is quite popular, the noise might be a bit loud of people walking by and laughing, so I always wore earplugs at night.

Superb

I totally fell in love with this studio apartment, it had everything I needed and was light and airy and spacious. The location was great in Starigrad and close to the bus station to get to Hvar town easily and also within reasonable distance for the ferry from Starigrad to Split. Would defo recommend for solo traveller or couple. The best but was English books to read : )

I spent a week here and as a solo traveller and out of season a tv would have been nice touch but not essential

Perfect location and fully equipped

The location is perfect. It's right by the port, a bakery, a couple of bars and restaurants. The supermarket is about a 5-10 min walk from the place. The view from the room is beautiful. The room is modern with a simple, but very useful, layout. It's fully equipped! It had everything we could think of for the kitchen, a laundry machine, AC, drying rack, cleaning items, etc. There wasn't a single thing we didn't find in the apartment. The host is very kind and it's possible to text her in case of any question. It was a lovely stay, we will for sure come back.

We turned off the hot water by mistake, but the host told us very promptly how to solve the issue. The switch is very close to the bathroom light switch.

a perfect week in a beautiful waterfront flat

couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend our week in Stari Grad. the waterfront flat is beautifully and modernly furnished while retaining the charm of the centuries-old stone homes of the old town.

not really a complaint as it was not a problem for my partner and I, but the door to the bathroom does not actually shut like a traditional door - instead it merely slides over, leaving a gap. this does not grant the user much privacy from anyone else in the flat. new couples might not be used to such intimacy, so this may be something to consider.

Beautiful location, ideally situated right on the front by the harbour. Clean and perfectly sized studio with everything we needed- sufficient cooking facilities to make 3 meals a day & a lovely little bathroom attached! Very kind and helpful host who gave us tips about where to visit in the local area. A lovely stay, highly recommend to all!

Increíbles vistas

Las vistas son increíbles, abrir la ventana y estar en el puerto es una pasada. La casa estaba muy limpia y equipada con todos los utensilios para la cocina. La chica es muy maja, nos puso facilidades para la hora de llegada como para dejar las llaves . No sé escucha ruido y la cama era cómoda. El tema de parking puedes aparcar gratis en cualquier zona fuera del puerto que no este asfaltada. Hay una zona al lado del supermercado estudenmark y otra arriba de la cuesta al lado de la carretera. Si lo aparcas en parking asfaltado pagas .

Que no tuviese una lavadora, para quedarte varios días es necesaria, ya que tuvimos que ir a una lavandería allí en el puerto y nos cobraron 20 euros por cuatro piezas de ropa y dos pares de zapatillas.
