About this house rental
Spacious family home in Seaside Heights with hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully decorated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully furnished and WiFi!
Only a short walk distance to boardwalk, beaches, restaurants & nightlife. Sleeping accommodations include a private master suite(king sized bed) with full bath on the main floor, the 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 beds with own bathroom. There’s a deck for you to relax and a gas propane grill is enough to feed for a big family. It also has space to park for 4 cars. Come to enjoy the festivities the board walk offers, have family fun at the water park and on the beach.
No smoking! No pets!
Please bring your own towels(bath & beach towels). The house will provide linens(pillows, sheets & blankets).
Per township guidelines: Primary guest executing the rental agreement between April 15th and June 30th shall be at least 21 years old and shall occupy the property during the stay. Occupants under 18 shall be immediate family members or under guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older. Need photo copy of driver license (you can grey out of license#) for each guest. Require fill out a parental consent form for anyone under 21.
Please be sure to read over terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules and rental agreement.
FYI, No monthly rental during PEAK-Season(May-September)!
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount(including security deposit).

We had a great time! The house is so spacious! I was downstairs and the kids were upstairs, so they had the whole floor to themselves. The owner was super responsive and responded to my questions in minutes! The house is an easy 10min walk to the boardwalk. I would highly recommend this house for a family/friend weekend!

Although Hong was very nice and did respond and fix some of the issues, the house was in very poor condition.. showers and beds were broken, blinds and closet and doors were too. We paid a lot of money to stay for a week and the beds were so hard my son slept on the couch.
