La posizione centrale dell’appartamento . La tranquillità del luogo
La dotazione in cucina: padelle da rinnovare e la mancanza di bicchieri per vino ( presenti in tutto 4 bicchieri semplici x acqua ). Da sostituire il materasso del divano letto che è imbarcato e spinge al centro.
