We arrived late (stuck in traffic), but we were greeted and settled without any problems, thank you!

In one room, the bed creaked so loudly that it could be heard throughout the apartment. Most of the time we had problems with wifi. You need to buy some additional stuff like soap, kitchen equipment (sponges, garbage bags), tea, or even sugar.
But the presence of 3 shower rooms is a huge plus, which covered all other disadvantages)
