Amazing views, the apartment is modern clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Location and the apartment was great . Anna was very responsive and very helpful.

The remedial works to the building and some of the stairs and landing are very old. No wine glasses

Everything was just perfect. The city beach with beautiful sea are very close to the apartment and is comfortable. A very good supermarket and pharmacy are just in couple minutes walking. Big terrace in the house with a great view and nice people. In the apartment was everything we needed. Very cosy and clean.

wonderful host! very kind and caring apartment was super clear breathtaking view we got little breakfast ready and few basics like Tea, coffee, milk, bottles of water in the apartment, host recommended us resturant umbrella and foldable sun beds available in the apartment to take them with you to the beach!!!

not a minus but be aware that it is close to the train station, you may hear some trains early morning/late evening - it did not disturb my stay and my sleep - they dont pass by very often. would be nice to have a duvet instead of a blanket.

Perfect location 2 minute walk from the beach. Friendly hosts. Lovely apartment, clean. Right beside train station. Hosts kindly a allowed us to park our car on site!

Beautiful spot with breathtaking view!

The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The facilities are also all modern and in an excellent state. The position is perfect: 1 min walk from the train station, a few minutes walk to the sea and shops. The owners are exceptionally welcoming and kind.

The building is in a process of renovation, and the need for this is evident. But I'm sure it'll match the excellence of the apartment after the renovation work.

A newly renovated and well equipped apartment with amazing views

A very clean, modern and quality apartment with a super central placement in relation to both the train station from Rome, beaches, shops and restaurants. A beautiful view from the kitchen/lounge over the beach and Mediterranean Sea. Despite being situated by the main road through Santa Marinella, and the train lines, the double glazed new windows did an excellent job at blocking out the noise. The whole apartment was well equipped and the silent air conditioning made sure the apartment was always cool after a hot day on the beach. We were met at the station by the apartment’s owner and got lots of helpful information over a free espresso in the neighbouring cafe. All in all, an excellent experience that I’d warmly recommend to anyone.

Even though the apartment was of top quality and newly renovated, the apartment building was not. Though this was being improved. After traveling with my shirts in the suitcase, I would have liked an iron and ironing board at the apartment. But both of these minor issues in comparison the whole experience.

Vacanze da Sogno abbiamo vissuto nel B&Blu di Santa Marinella!

La strutura è Fantastica! Ambiente pulito, arredado con tutto il necessario per avere comodità e tranquillità in vacanze!😃 Anna, la proprietaria, è una persona meravigliosa! Ci ha ricevuto moltissimo bene e ci ha spiegato tutto su l’appartamento e Santa Marinella! La Stazione del treno è vicinissima al Palazzo! Si prende il treno in 5 minuti. Tutto perfetto! Torneremo un’altra volta sicuramente!
