Lovely 1 Bed Zimbali Suites

Furnishings were ok, aircon worked well, quiet block, relaxing time.

Directions to the suites needs to be clearer and also where to park. We didn't have access to the hotel pools and had to use beach club which cost R300 per person per day. The suite was a little smaller Thane expected but it was just right for two of us. The bedroom was very cramped. The bedroom door has a crack in it what looks like someone punched it. Shower door makes a loud crack when you open and close it.

Oh the place is gorgeous there give clear instructions on useing the stove and safe that really helped 😍it has a beautiful view , ohh I loved the kitchen , it is so quiet i spent 2 days there and i really enjoyed my stay 😍

The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakage fee process. It would be great if there was a clear policy about when the breakage deposit will be returned after checkout. For example, letting guests know that it will take about 2–3 weeks to process the refund would really help manage expectations. In my case, I had to call and send messages for about a week before the deposit was returned. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful and I would still recommend the place. 😊
